We made a pilgrimage to "THE TRAIL"... interestingly it's now closed for "maintenance"... a day late and a $ short... none the less, my personal therapist (Pam) had me walk a mile! At the end my legs were spasming etc.. etc... but it was a fun "milestone" to cross!
